Eating Habits
Well I mostly eat Japanese food and for snacks I eat blueberries and raspberries. I picked 50lb of the berries and froze them with my family and now I enjoy my hard work.
Staple Japanese Foods: Rice (no surprise), Miso Soup (soy bean paste with tofu and seaweed), green tea or Ocha.
I'm also carbonated drink free and Crisco free
